We love and appreciate your suggestions as we are growing, and hope to continue to grow throughout the years to come.
We try our very BEST to restock our best sellers as quickly as possible. Being a boutique we hand pick each item with you all in mind, so sometimes restocking may take a little longer or is limited to a certain amount. Our goal is to make you as happy as we are getting to dress all the sweet babes out there.
Refunds
Thank you for shopping at Winnie Rose Boutique. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we would love to help resolve the issue. We do NOT offer returns, we offer exchanges ONLY, within 30 business days of your purchase.

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, in the original packaging and tags on. Clothing must be in NEW CONDITION, with no signs of wear and tear.

To complete your exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Exchanges will NOT be granted if:

Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Any item that is returned more than 30 days after purchase.
Any item that smells of smoke or any other foul odor.
Any item that has been worn or washed.

You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
